At Mirha Leather, every product is handcrafted with care and many of our items are custom-made to order. We take pride in delivering premium-quality leather goods and want you to shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Be in its original condition.

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, or odor.

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team at mirhaleather@gmail.com and provide your order number along with the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including the return shipping address.

Securely package the item 

Ship the item back using a traceable shipping service.

Share tracking number with us.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by our support team.

Pack the item securely, and include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number.

Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or exchange item at no additional charge.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges:

 If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
